Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Sidz Sad abaya or jilbab. Because our products are clothing items, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of clothing products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference regarding color/fit.

We strongly encourage you to check our size guide, product photos, and descriptions carefully, or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram before ordering if you have any questions about sizing or fabric.

2. When We Do Accept a Return/Exchange

We will happily arrange a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item (e.g., stitching fault, fabric defect)
  • You received the wrong product (different design/color than what you ordered)
  • The item is missing parts that were included in the original listing

3. How to Report an Issue

If your order falls into one of the cases above:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92 328 9819352) or Instagram (@sidzsad).
  2. Share your order details along with clear photos/videos of the item and the issue.
  3. Do not use or wash the item — it must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging/tags.

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A refund via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide (since we do not process online payments at checkout)

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please do not send items back without confirmation from us first.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
